What Can I Expect During Recovery From Laser Skin Resurfacing?
Immediately after your treatment, you will likely have some redness and swelling, though these side effects will dissipate within a week. The recovery process usually takes two to three weeks. During this time, the damaged epidermis will dry and peel off your body to allow the new, healthy skin to grow.
